We’re preparing WhatsApp integration for Bimo Cloud platforms, starting with Bimo Bizz. Connect your own business account to send notifications, confirmations and reminders, and handle customer conversations where you manage your work.

The planned client experience
The service will be operated by Bimo Cloud on behalf of each connected client. Clients will use their Bimo platform to manage communications for their own business.
An authorised administrator will connect your own WhatsApp Business account and business number through Meta’s authorisation process, from the relevant Bimo platform.
Decide which notifications, confirmations and reminders your business needs. Obtain recipients’ permission and prepare message templates for Meta’s approval where required.
Use the Bimo workspace to send authorised messages, receive customer replies and follow delivery updates alongside the work that prompted the conversation.
Manage your connection and messaging choices. You can revoke Bimo’s access through Meta’s settings or ask us to disconnect it, and request deletion of information held by Bimo.
Information with a purpose
Platform Data is information Meta provides for an authorised connection. Bimo will use it to deliver the messaging service the client requests, for that client’s own account and recipients.
Authorised business and WhatsApp account identifiers, business phone numbers, profile details and connection permissions.
Used toConnect the correct client account, identify the sender and provide only the access the client authorises.
Template text, categories, language, approval status and the details inserted into a message.
Used toPrepare and manage the client’s notifications and reminders using approved templates where Meta requires them.
Sender and recipient details, message content, attachments where used, replies and conversation history.
Used toSend and receive messages on the client’s behalf and keep the relevant conversation in that client’s workspace.
Message identifiers, timestamps, delivery and read updates where supplied, and sending errors.
Used toHelp the client see what was sent, follow delivery and resolve messaging problems. A status update is not a guarantee of delivery.
Client messages will not be sold, shared with other clients, used for unrelated advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains Bimo’s responsibilities, information handling and deletion routes.
Your account. Your decisions.
Authorising Bimo will not transfer ownership of your WhatsApp Business account or business number.
Clients will connect their own accounts and maintain their own payment method with Meta. WhatsApp charges will be billed under their Meta arrangements. Any Bimo service fees will be disclosed separately before activation.
Clients must obtain the required recipient opt-in, use approved templates where required and respect requests to stop messages. Customer replies can be handled within WhatsApp’s applicable service rules, with a clear route to human help.
Clients can revoke access through Meta’s applicable settings or ask Bimo to disconnect the integration. Deletion is a separate request: disconnecting does not erase messages already held by Bimo, Meta or recipients.

These are intended uses, not live integration features. The available workflows will depend on the Bimo solution, client configuration and WhatsApp’s policies.
Order updates, transaction confirmations and customer questions, connected to everyday business work.
Administrative notices and reminders to authorised parents, guardians or adult students, as education solutions become available.
Administrative appointment reminders and general enquiries, as healthcare solutions become available. Clinical records are outside this proposed messaging scope.
Rent due-date reminders, maintenance updates and tenant enquiries, as housing solutions become available.
WhatsApp messaging will not automatically include all the records held in a Bimo platform. Sensitive information needs a separate assessment and appropriate safeguards; supporting an industry does not remove WhatsApp’s restrictions.
